TOP-FLOOR AND ROOF RENOVATIONS FOR MULTI-FAMILY COMPLEX
Timberline was hired to make improvements and updates to a few buildings as part of this luxury apartment complex located at 155 Ames Street in Marlborough, MA. We completed top floor and roof renovations to four of the buildings totaling 54 units at Talia Apartments.
Exterior work included the complete demolition and installation of all new roofing systems as well as some fixture replacement and painting. Interior renovations scope includes all new finishes such as, aluminum shade installation, carpeting, paint and luxury vinyl flooring (LVT) , as well as spray foam installation.
While working in the fully occupied apartment buildings, Timberline had to carefully coordinate to mitigate noise and disturbances to the residents while still maintaining the construction schedule.
