Cambridge Systematics
Medford, MANEW NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS FOR TRANSPORTATION POLICY COMPANY
Cambridge Systematics brought Timberline on board to lead the fit-out of the company’s new national headquarters at 101 Station Landing in Medford. With a strict end-of-lease date fast approaching, time was of the essence in getting the new headquarters up and running. Rising to the occasion, Timberline completed both demolition and fit-out in just 14 weeks despite logistical and safety challenges presented with floor coring in the absence of as-builts.
The innovative new workspace comprises a mix of private and open offices, conference rooms as well as a reception area featuring custom millwork. Highlights of the design include a variety of meeting spaces, use of glass throughout for natural lighting and a central café which serves as the connection and a hub that activates the workplace. New MEP systems were installed throughout.
Home to several companies, construction at 101 Station Landing required careful coordination with the landlord to ensure none of the busy building’s occupants were disturbed while this 14-week fit-out was underway.
