Design-Build Office Fit-Out For Law Firm’s Worcester Expansion
Prince Lobel, a Boston-based law firm, engaged Timberline for the full in-house design-build of their 11,000 SF satellite office in Worcester, MA. Timberline’s team of architects provided comprehensive services, ensuring the project was completed with both design and construction handled under one roof for seamless coordination and efficient project delivery.
The office fit-out, located on the second floor of One Mercantile Street, was designed to support Prince Lobel’s growing presence in Central Massachusetts. The clean and streamlined design features a combination of private offices, administrative support areas and collaborative spaces. Key elements include three conference rooms, an informal collaboration area and glazed demountable partitions that allow for flexibility. The design takes full advantage of the vibrant downtown Worcester view, with open spaces and a layout that promotes both privacy and collaboration.
Despite a tight timeline, Timberline was able to assemble full permit documents in just four weeks and completed the project in just 11 weeks, while working through three major holidays.
