Sarepta Therapeutics has made Timberline its go-to Construction Management firm since 2015. As the company has grown at an ever-increasing velocity, Timberline has been keeping pace with renovations and expansions on four floors of Sarepta’s headquarters location at 215 First Street.
The multi-phase program comprises private and open office areas, collaboration spaces, advanced AV-enabled conference rooms, in addition to kitchen and dining areas. Almost all phases have entailed complete replacement of HVAC and fire-protection systems.
Timberline’s ongoing activities include fit-out of an additional 60,000 SF of office space on two levels which will feature a new interconnecting stairway as well as 20’ x 20’ skylights. With all services for the new space running through critical lab space on the floor, facilitating ongoing daily operations has been of the utmost importance.
