BIOTECH BUILDING GETS A FACELIFT

In an effort to revitalize their two-story suburban asset, Lincoln Property Company hired Timberline to upgrade 1414 Massachusetts Avenue’s common areas and amenity spaces. The first floor of the 1980’s life science building has been transformed into a modern, welcoming hub for occupants.

With the ultimate goal of attracting new tenants, Timberline made several upgrades to the building including a renovated lobby, new elevator, full-service café, two conference rooms and a fitness center with locker rooms. Partnering with ahp Architects, our team revitalized the common areas with paint, ceilings, light fixtures and contemporary finishes throughout. The new walls and furniture feature colorful accents that highlight the bright, airy atmosphere of the building’s open spaces.

Now updated with state-of-the-art amenities, 1414 Massachusetts Avenue is home to a growing biotech company as its new global headquarters.
