Timberline transformed an existing 42,000 SF two-story masonry office building into Mechanics Cooperative Bank’s new office headquarters. Located in Taunton, Massachusetts, the renovated space boasts a contemporary aesthetic with high-end finishes and fixtures throughout. In addition to open office space, conference rooms and a boardroom, employees and visitors are met with a welcoming reception area and are offered a host of amenity spaces such as a café, patio and a full-service fitness center.
The project included energy efficiency upgrades such as LED lighting, windows, doors, and HVAC systems that reduce energy consumption and operational costs for the bank while contributing to environmental sustainability. Additionally, improvements to the plumbing systems, fire protection and electrical systems were made to support the client’s programming needs.
With a successful completion, the newly revitalized space not only fulfills the current needs of Mechanics Cooperative Bank but also lays the groundwork for continued expansion and flexibility with future tenant lease opportunities.
