GROWTH SPURS ADDITION AND RENOVATION OF OFFICE & CONFERENCE SPACE
Mercury Systems, a defense technology innovation company headquartered in Andover, MA, has experienced significant growth and decided to take over an additional portion of their building on Minuteman Road. Timberline recently renovated 26,400 SF of existing first-floor interior space and a portion of their lobby, as well as 4,000 SF of secure room on an upper floor of the building.
The first-floor office renovation included open office areas, six large conference rooms, two smaller capacity conference rooms and a larger multi-purpose/audit room. Supporting areas included smaller huddle/telephone rooms, bathrooms and a wellness room for working mothers. This new first-floor space seamlessly integrated into the existing lobby with a curved wall with glass windows to look into this new office space.
