PHASED RENOVATIONS IN OCCUPIED OFFICES
Timberline performed a complete office fit-out for NV5 (formerly RDK), a leading MEP engineering design firm. This complete renovation substantially updated the company’s existing Andover office with a fresh new look and color palette. The new space features private and open offices, conference rooms and a brand-new kitchen / employee break area.
Creating the open-plan environment involved light demolition which was conducted during work hours with little to no impact on daily operations. Timberline completely upgraded the MEP system and provided all new interior finishes (gypsum partitions, flooring, ceilings and paint), customized glazing partition system in addition to a custom millwork package.
