RENOVATIONS & UPGRADES TO MULTIPLE academic CAMPUS BUILDINGS

Over the last few years, Timberline has partnered with Rivier University, successfully completing multiple projects at their Nashua Campus to benefit the school’s recruitment and retention efforts.

Our team first partnered with Rivier to deliver a summer slammer project at Brassard Hall, a suite-style apartment living complex that was in need of interior upgrades for the student residents. Timberline renovated half of the dormitory to bring it up to the latest safety codes and provided the suites with new, aesthetic finishes for a fresh look.

After completing renovations to Brassard Hall, Timberline was re-engaged for a series of three new locker rooms, accessory bathrooms and shower rooms in the Muldoon Fitness Center with the goal of attracting new student-athletes. The scope of work included demolition of the existing space, interior trenching for utilities, mechanical upgrades, finish upgrades and exterior improvements. The completed state-of-the-art locker rooms include branded wood grain athletic rubber flooring as well as sleek new branded millwork lockers and benches to help attract student talent.

We continue to provide construction management services for a three floor demolition and renovation to the Benoit Hall Education Center. Our team is completing interior and exterior upgrades to classrooms, offices and resource center. This will allow for a more welcoming environment for students and faculty, improving functionality of MEPs and modernizing the facility to align with the rest of the university’s campus.

These ongoing collaborations with Rivier exemplify Timberline’s commitment to delivering quality, innovation and strategic improvements that align with the university’s goals.
