RENOVATIONS TO CAMPUS RESIDENCE HALL

This project included renovations to 83 dorm rooms within the Metcalf Residence Hall at Tufts University. This “H” shaped building had three stories and an occupied basement and was completed in the summer of 2018. Major upgrades included the replacement of the domestic hot water system, complete replacement to the lighting circuitry throughout the building, and the renovation of 4 existing internal stairwells. This project also included complete flooring and wall finish replacement. This project approximately doubled in scope due to unforeseen electrical changes and code related GWB/carpentry scope.
