Veralto, a new technology solutions company focusing on water quality and the protection of natural reserves, sought an office space that reflects its environmentally conscious and technology-driven ethos.
Built towards LEED Gold Certification, the 19,000 SF Waltham project incorporates design elements reflecting Veralto’s corporate mission of safeguarding the world’s most vital resources. Sustainable, locally sourced materials were incorporated throughout the office space with an emphasis on waste diversion. Glass windows and partitions were installed to capitalize on daylight and programmed motion sensors were built in for added energy efficiencies.
The space was delivered in shell condition and required the installation of a new HVAC chilled beam system to support the new office space, reception, cafe, boardroom, conference rooms and meeting rooms. The space was fit-out with high-end finishes, furniture, custom lighting and the latest technology to support Veralto’s innovative work for communities around the world.
