Brian McKeon

As Chief of Staff, Brian is responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support-related duties to the CEO, Timberline’s senior leaders and strategic operational support to the overall organization. He brings over 10 years of operational and administrative experience to the team, ensuring optimal administrative excellence throughout the organization with a focus on collaboration and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Timberline, Brian served in the Office of Governor Charlie Baker as the Director of Federal Affairs and Assistant Chief of Staff for Cabinet Affairs. In this position he served as a key point person in the Governor’s Office to Massachusetts’ Federal Delegation and Cabinet Secretariats on policy matters, process and communication, and state/federal affairs. In addition to his time in the Governor’s Office, Brian was a Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Operations in the Commonwealth’s Executive Office for Administration and Finance and is a two-time recipient of the Manuel Carballo Governor’s Award for Excellence in Public Service.
