Chris Walenten

Chris is a decisive, results-oriented Project Executive with over 20 years of experience successfully delivering large-scale projects. He has a proven track record as a performance-driven leader, demonstrating the ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments while managing oversight and adherence to budgets.

As a Project Executive, Chris possesses a profound understanding of operations and everyday requirements. He excels at building and managing large teams as well as cultivating relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors and local officials while maintaining costs and schedule. Responsible for building rapport with the client and project teams, Chris is heavily involved in the project from award to close-out, actively engaging in key decisions and responsible for ongoing progress monitoring.

Before joining Timberline in 2023, he worked directly for one of Timberline’s clients as an in-house Director of Construction, as well as for a major construction company where he headed up one of the project management and operations teams. Chris has worked on new, ground-up construction projects, complicated renovations and in-depth additions. At Timberline, he has been a valuable asset to notable work for clients like Rivier University, Cushing Academy, The Dimock Center and Abbvie. His proven experience across multiple sectors and history of providing exceptional results make him an impactful member of our Senior Leadership Team.
