Project Executive

Chris is a decisive, results-oriented Project Executive with over 20 years of experience successfully delivering multi-million-dollar projects. He has a proven track record as a performance-driven executive leader, demonstrating the ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments while managing oversight and adherence to project budgets. As a skilled project manager and leader, Chris possesses a profound understanding of operations and everyday project requirements. He excels at building and managing large teams as well as cultivating relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors and local officials, while maintaining costs and delivering results on time.

Prior to joining Timberline, Chris worked directly for one of our clients as an in-house Director of Construction, as well as for a major construction company where he headed up one of the project management and operations teams. Chris has worked on new, ground-up construction projects such as Lowell High School, Partners Healthcare administrative office and numerous projects for the MBTA, along with complicated renovations and additions including the Liberty Hotel and Boston’s Logan Airport.
