With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, financial management and strategic planning, she possesses a unique blend of leadership, communication and analytical skills that drive organizational growth.

Her responsibilities include overseeing administrative, financial, IT and risk management operations for the company. Overseeing Timberline’s IT systems, Clare leads our efforts in ensuring the protection of company data and digital assets while fostering a secure IT environment that supports operational needs. Throughout her career, Clare has maintained a focus on the bigger picture, emphasizing the building of strong teams and fostering connections between groups to maximize potential and drive growth.

Clare has extensive experience stewarding firms to new heights. In her previous position, she played an active role in the company’s expansion across more than 10 geographic locations, successfully doubling its size to over $1.5B. She is a Board member of the CFMA of Massachusetts and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals.
