Jason Emord, LEED AP

Joining Timberline with more than 15 years in the construction industry, Jason is an experienced project management professional who brings a high level of detail to each and every client and assignment. Jason is known for delivering top-quality projects, within the budget and schedule set forth at the beginning of any project.

As Project Executive, Jason will be responsible for overseeing all facets of each project he’s involved with including value estimating, cost control, contract management, MEP coordination and project closeout. Jason has established relationships with several of the industry’s best-known building owners, architects, subcontractors and area building officials. He is well experienced in identifying and mitigating any project challenges to ensure seamless execution and on-time completion.
