Josh Brandt, LEED AP

Josh Brandt brings over 20 years of industry experience to the Timberline team, with expertise in every facet of construction. Based in our Worcester office, he plays a key role in leading operations at 1 Mercantile Street, ensuring seamless coordination with our Canton headquarters and overseeing projects across Central Massachusetts.

As a senior member of our Worcester team, Josh focuses on some of our most complex design-build and ground-up projects. He is deeply invested in our client’s success, offering guidance and creative solutions for each project from preconstruction through close out. His unique range of skills in project management, budgeting, contracts, financial planning and technology implementation, elevate Timberline’s service offerings and improve operational efficiencies. With a knack for streamlining project planning and workflow, Josh is integral to our Senior Leadership Team.

Throughout his career, he has developed a robust understanding of the industry, starting as a laborer, moving to project management and ultimately transitioning into strategic operational roles. Since joining Timberline in 2022, he has been instrumental in key projects such as our Malden Catholic Academic and Athletic Facility and Worcester Ecotarium projects. Josh has experience in a wide range of industry sectors, executing multi-million-dollar projects in the life science, manufacturing, healthcare, academic, residential and corporate real estate development arenas.
