Josh Brandt, LEED AP

Josh Brandt brings over 20 years of industry experience to the Timberline team. Throughout his career, he has played a part in every facet of construction, starting as a laborer, moving to project management and later transitioning into strategic operational roles.

As a senior team member based out of our Worcester office, Josh focuses on some of our most complex design-build and ground-up projects. Invested in our clients, Josh provides guidance and creative solutions for each project from preconstruction to close out. His unique range of skills in project management, budgeting, contracts, financial planning and technology implementation, elevate our service offerings and increase our operational efficiencies. With a knack for streamlining project planning and workflow, Josh is integral to our Senior Leadership Team and drives exceptional results for our clients.

Josh has experience in a wide array of industry sectors, executing multi-million-dollar projects in the life science, manufacturing, healthcare, academic, residential and corporate real estate development arenas. Notably, he completed the ground-up construction of a high-hazard process plant and LEED-certified building in Taunton, Massachusetts – the 1^st USGBA (U.S. Green Building Council) certified process plant in the country – a testament to Josh’s talent and leadership capabilities.
