Keith Pearson, LEED AP

Keith brings over 30 years of industry experience to Timberline with expertise in all aspects of construction and a foundation in science and technology projects and specialized expertise in research and process labs, vivarium, clean-room and SCIF environments. He approaches each project with collaborative leadership, clear communication and the goal of delivering each project safely. With a strong ability to shape and drive strategy, Keith plays an instrumental role on the Senior Leadership Team.

As Timberline’s Safety Officer and General Superintendent, he is responsible for operational excellence, ensuring that each project is delivered to the highest quality standards with safety protocols, processes and schedules rigorously maintained. He works directly with our field teams to ensure each project is delivered on time and on budget. Keith fosters a culture of excellence in client service, ensuring that clients have the best possible experience throughout the construction process while consistently meeting and exceeding expectations. He also plays a key mentorship role across all sectors of Timberline, strengthening collaboration and unity, which significantly contributes to the company’s cohesive culture and success.

Since joining Timberline in 2014, Keith has continually advanced best practices and procedures in field supervision with training, safety and professional development programs to enhance Timberline’s efficiency and performance. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen many complex ground-up academic buildings, corporate fit-outs and commercial building repositioning projects, frequently on fully operational sites where attention to detail and safety is paramount while minimizing downtime.

Keith has built a strong reputation in the industry for his dedication to safety, ability to build client relationships and consistency in delivering exceptional projects. His proven experience, leadership and reliability will continue to play a pivotal role in Timberline’s growth.
