Kevin A. Kozak, AIA, MBA, LEED AP

Kevin has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, gaining both design-build and project management experience, which provides valuable expertise to the Senior Leadership Team. He is an accomplished, results-driven leader with proven proficiency in creating innovative and impactful solutions across multiple sectors. As a licensed architect, he works in an integrated fashion with owners and consultants to develop cost-effective, strategic design concepts bringing both new and older facilities to their highest performance levels.

As Vice President of Design, Kevin directs the development and execution of design concepts, leading Timberline’s in-house design team to achieve the goals and objectives of our clients. His talented team facilitates the architectural and design side of our design-build projects, bringing our client’s vision to life. Timberline’s design-build clients benefit from streamlined communication between the contractor, designer, engineer, subcontractors and owner, allowing for faster project completion, increased collaboration and cost savings.

Prior to joining Timberline in 2023, he served as a Design Project Manager and Vice President of Design, building a background with academic, multi-family residential, elder care, life science and corporate clients. Since 2023, he has allowed Timberline to facilitate the entire design-build construction process, contributing to significant projects like our Malden Catholic Academic and Athletic Building and YMCA Youth Innovation Hub projects. As a LEED Accredited Professional and licensed architect in multiple New England states, Kevin is a reliable leader dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
