Kevin Fraser

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Kevin Fraser is a skilled and accomplished Superintendent who brings extensive knowledge to the Timberline team. His expertise spans all aspects of construction, including concept development, permitting, preconstruction, safety, quality control, and project close-out, enabling him to successfully execute a wide range of projects. Kevin is known for his exceptional problem-solving abilities and positive attitude, making him a valuable member of any project team.

As an Associate Vice President and Senior Project Superintendent, Kevin oversees on-site supervision and collaborates with clients, architects, owner’s representatives, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. He has experience in various sectors, including science and technology, academic, multi-family, corporate and commercial construction, ranging from large ground-up projects to complex interior renovations. Kevin leads day-to-day operations, treats every team member with respect, and works closely with them to achieve financial objectives while maintaining schedule adherence.

Since joining Timberline in 2019, Kevin has managed several key projects including work for Malden Catholic High School, Sarepta Therapeutics, and an infrastructure and energy upgrade for Nokia. Prior to joining Timberline, Kevin advanced from construction manager to Senior Superintendent, gaining extensive experience in multi-family residential buildings and ground-up academic projects, which he leverages to drive success at Timberline. Kevin holds multiple licenses and certifications, including the Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License, OSHA 30-hour and certifications in First Aid, CPR and AED, making him an invaluable asset on any job site.
