Kevin Fraser

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Kevin is a highly-skilled and accomplished Superintendent. He brings extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction, including conception, permitting, preconstruction, safety, quality control and project close-out. Kevin’s talent for exceptional problem-solving and his positive attitude makes him an indispensable member of any project team.

Kevin is capable of handling ground-up new construction and existing building renovations for our life science, technology, corporate, academic and multi-family residential projects. He is a hands-on manager who leverages his expertise, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards. Kevin motivates his crews and treats each team member with equal respect, working closely with them to achieve financial objectives while completing projects within specified time constraints. His exceptional ability to manage fast-track schedules, work with clients, owner’s representatives and architects, while coordinating with subcontractors, consistently exceeds expectations.

Since joining Timberline in 2019, Kevin has managed several projects for Sarepta Therapeutics, and a massive infrastructure and energy upgrade for Nokia. Prior to joining Timberline, Kevin gained deep experience with several multi-family residential buildings and ground-up academic projects, including a music center and an ice rink.
