Michael Belanger, LEED AP ID+C

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael’s expertise spans complex science and technology facilities, interior fit-outs, ground-up construction and academic facility renovation. He is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, playing a vital role in shaping and executing Timberline’s objectives. Known for his effective communication, leadership and ability to deliver projects with precision and safety, Michael ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.

As an Associate Vice President and General Superintendent, he is responsible for operational and construction management excellence, working closely with Timberline’s field teams to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards. Michael’s responsibilities encompass all aspects of day-to-day field execution, including permitting, logistics, safety, subcontractor coordination and scheduling through project close-out. His ability to lead in delivering projects that exceed client expectations makes him an essential part of Timberline’s growth and success.

Prior to Timberline Michael worked as an Assistant Project Manager, Superintendent and Senior Superintendent, giving him a robust knowledge of each role involved in a project. Since joining Timberline in 2014, Michael’s building knowledge and depth of experience have been invaluable assets on every job site. He has played a key role in substantial projects at Timberline for clients such as BJ’s Wholesale Club, PUMA North America, Bentley University, Clarks and ClearMotion. With multiple certifications and licenses including LEED AP ID+C, MA CSL and Boston Supervisor ABC License, among others, Michael has a clear dedication and commitment to delivering exceptional projects.
