Niles has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of on-site supervision from interactions with clients, architects and owner’s representatives as well as coordination with subcontractors to meet schedule deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality for all work completed. His ability to manage and advance projects on fast-track schedules, within tight budget constraints and his adept problem-solving skills ensure that each project is completed efficiently and effectively. This expertise not only helps meet the project’s goals but also contributes significantly to Timberline’s success and reputation for excellence.
As an Associate Vice President and Senior Project Superintendent Niles has vast knowledge, diverse experience across multiple project types and a ‘can-do’ attitude is a value-add to every project that he touches. His experience encompasses commercial, science and technology, academic, residential and institutional facilities and ranges from large-scale ground-up projects to complex interior renovations and numerous interior fit-outs. On the job site Niles expertly oversees day-to-day operations, communication, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, logistics and project close-out.
Before joining the Timberline team, Niles spent over 20 years in the industry advancing from Senior Superintendent to Senior Vice President in charge of field Operations. His background has equipped him with a well-rounded perspective on all aspects of project management, construction and field operations, enabling him to provide invaluable leadership. Since joining Timberline in 2017, Niles has been an instrumental part of key projects like Factorial Energy, Talia Apartments and The Home for Little Wanderers. With multiple licenses and certifications including, Mass Builders license, LEED AP, Boston- A low BC, First Aid/CPR, OSHA 30-hour and a Keolis/MBTA Railroad Roadway Worker Protection Certification.
