Over the last six years at Timberline, Steve has been instrumental in driving company growth, helping lead its expansion from $63 million in annual revenue to over $200 million since 2018. He has expanded Timberline’s capabilities and solidified its standing as a trusted industry leader. His expertise spans diverse project types, including ground-up academic facilities, complex science and technology spaces, meaningful community and non-profit work and large-scale corporate headquarters. Under his guidance, the firm has improved efficiency, elevated project delivery and positioned itself for sustained success across multiple sectors.
Steve’s career includes roles as an owner, investor and contractor, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the industry. Before Timberline, he served as Principal of Development and Construction at Marcus Partners, where he oversaw design and construction management for both new developments and existing assets, supported acquisitions and collaborated with asset management teams. He also spent 15 years as a Managing Director at JLL, leading the firm’s $100 million construction group and managing projects throughout New England.
